Can I use my GI Bill® at Affinity Hair Academy in Orlando?

Yes. Affinity Hair Academy is an approved career training facility for eligible veterans, active-duty service members, and military dependents utilizing GI Bill® benefits.

Which VA education chapters are accepted for barbering and cosmetology?

We accept Post-9/11 GI Bill® (Chapter 33), Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance (Chapter 35), and Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E, Chapter 31) for tuition, supplies, and monthly housing allowances (BAH) where applicable.

Can I use VR&E (Chapter 31) for barber or cosmetology school in Florida?

Yes. Eligible veterans with a service-connected disability rating can utilize VR&E to fully cover their beauty or barber education, professional kit, and licensing exam costs.

How do I enroll using my military benefits at Affinity?

Bring your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from va.gov to our campus at 12313 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, or call admissions at (407) 613-5972 to verify your coverage and set up your class schedule.
